Terms of use
Using thiswebsite.
Last updated 15 October 2026. By using this website you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
About this website
This website is published by Stones The Jeweller, an independent jewellery house based in London, led by Joshua Vanderpool. It exists to introduce our work and to arrange private consultations. You can contact us on 07934 964500.
No online sales
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. The pieces shown are private commissions, made for the people who asked for them, and are shown to illustrate our work. Every commission is agreed individually, in writing, after a consultation. Specifications, stones and metals described here are provided in good faith for illustration; the specification of your own piece will be set out in your commission agreement.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, designs and logo on this website belong to Stones The Jeweller or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy, reproduce or use its content for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Information about diamonds, gemstones and the commission process is general guidance and is not a substitute for the advice we give you in person about a specific stone or piece.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
Links and third parties
The site links to WhatsApp so that you can message us. That service is provided by Meta Platforms under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
